Raising funds to build an Affordable Housing community!

We are a team of Christians working to edify the community  in Middle Georgia by developing affordable housing options for seniors, veterans, young adults and families as well as those that are experiencing homelessness.  We need your support as we would like to rent the homes for affordable monthly rents of $500-$1000/month for 2-4 bedrooms.  This is only possible if all funds are raised as oppose to taking out a loan, which would increase the cost of the rent (to include the interest).  Thus, we are calling on all our our community members that have noticed the increase in homelessness due to the recent evictions.  We are accepting all donations small and large!  Our goal to start building the first phase of the community is $700,000.00.  This includes the cost of buying the property and building the first set of homes.  Please see our Home Project tab for more information about the potential property and housing options.
